Norm Jones
After All This Time, what a great and very suitable name, for a man having his debut album finally at age 65. Bout time Norm, better late than never, I guess everyone’s persistence paid off.
After All This Time, is recorded at Bear Creek Studio’s, Surrey B.C. with brother Norm’s long time friend Ed Molyski. Some great country classics like “Wild Country” written by Ed and dedicated to the fond memory of the great Ray McCaully. Wayne Bassett - (keyboards), Chris Volkart - (drums), myself - (harmonies & guitar), Eddy doing everything, what a great album & so much fun. (Right Ed?) I believe, After All This Time, is an album that all Norms fans and friends will love to listen to over & over from the country to the old rock like “The Band” songs The Weight and Up On Cripple Creek. Aways great singin harmonies with your brother, Norm and I have been singing songs together since the early seventies, boy I must have been young.
We are working together on some new projects in the not so distant future here at Desolation, but in the meantime, have a listen to Norm and purchase You Ain’t Going Nowhere from his album.
-Lorne Jones
Norm Jones has been singing and playing country music, since the 1960’s, and is well
known. Norm has one of the richest sounding voices in the business. This project has
been a long time coming. Originally started back in the 80’s (Train of Cabarets).
Finally it has all come together. This is without a doubt one of the best country
albums to surface in BC in many years. Hope y’all enjoy this CD.

IT’S DONE! For many years, friends and family have encouraged me to put something
on recording they could have to retain some of this music. Here is a small collection of
songs I’ve enjoyed singing for many years. My thanks to “Fast” Eddy Molyski for never
giving up on our project and helping me to see it through. Also to my good friends that
I have spent many years of enjoyment in many of our haunts playing these songs
together. They have done talented and skilled work in these songs and I appreciate
them. In particular my brother Lorne. For the 40 or so years we have played music
together, Lorne has been my inspiration. A talented musician, singer and songwriter.
Thank you all.
